We’ve been waiting much longer than usual for the tomatoes to ripen due to our soggy July!
Chases’s Daily is packed these days with all their lovely produce, cheeses, baked goods, flowers, and people.

These photos were taken yesterday at the 2009 Spring Bulb Tour at Waters Edge, the Stewart Estate, in Northeast Harbor, on Somes Sound. It’s open again next Saturday, May 23, so you still have a chance to enjoy this spectacular event.

These fluffy daffodils are very common in Maine.
It’s amazing that just a few weeks ago, we were living in an entirely different place, wearing different clothes, doing different things. Having four seasons is like moving every few months.

Wow. This is going to be spectacular. Check out the addition with those fabulous windows! It looks like they’re looking at color schemes, and yellow is in the mix.
