Veterinarian George Holmes, the owner of Little River Veterinary Hospital on Route One, opened his large, and extensively pampered, Northport garden as part of the Belfast Garden Club’s Open Garden Days. However the only creatures visible on his lovely grounds, other than the many attendees, were several beautiful, and happy, chickens.
